Five called up from MetroBlack for Merconorte

To fill out the 25-man Merconorte roster, the MetroStars called up five players from MetroBlack: defenders Birahim Diop (#19) and Andres Gomez (#24), midfielders Henry Triana (#20) and Alan Villegas (#23), and forward Alex Dixon (#4). The quintet will be eligible to play in Merconorte matches, but not in MLS play.
Additionally, Paul Grafer will wear #1 during Merconorte to satisfy roster regulations.
